1. Incoming vessels must provide the Port Health authorities with a "Maritime Declaration of Health", the ship's ports-of-call list, crew list and ETA, at least 3 days prior to arrival.
2. Above to be followed by mandatory sanitary inspection at anchorage prior to berthing authorization
3. Gloves, masks and sanitizer to be provided by ship at gangway to anyone attending onboard.
